What sets us apart?
We've been lucky to have several mentors help us to be develop a responsible breeding program, but I have to say that most of my learning has come through the group Badass Breeders. We have thoroughly enjoyed all of their mentoring classes and follow their oath in our program. We will only breed good dogs. We know that no dog is perfect, but we will ensure a good temperament, do DNA and OFA testing, and give a 1 year health guarantee. After 72 hours we will start ENS and ESI. (Early neurological stimulation and Early scent Introduction) ENS is a prescribed series of exercises which each puppy goes through, every day, from Days 3-16, for 3-5 seconds each time. This exposes the puppy to very slight stressors - which have an optimal effect on the developing brain and immune system. We want to ensure that your puppy is empowered, confident and compliant so that YOU can train them the way you would like. At 7 weeks we will begin evaluations. We want to make sure the right puppy goes home with the right forever family. Should something happen and you can no longer keep your pup, we will always take them back. We would never want any of our dogs to ever be a burden on a family and will make sure that they find the right home, staying with us for as long as needed. |

What's the cost??
- Once the puppies are born we will accept a $500 non-refundable reservation fee after screening. Pick of the litter will be determined by order of reservation. We reserve the right of first pick for our breeding program.
- For those people with reservations we will keep you updated with photos, videos, and personality traits. We know you are excited and want to know as much about your puppy as possible.
- At 7 weeks we will begin evaluations and will allow families to choose their puppy.
- At 8 weeks we will accept the remaining $3000 and puppies can go home!
- They will come home with a tote bag, small jar of food, bandana or a bow, and a toy and blanket that smells like mommy. First shots and deworming will have been completed.
- We request a follow up interview at their first birthday so that we can continue to evaluate the line and of course, we will always be on call for questions or concerns.

Do you ship?
We can add the cost of a nanny to fly your puppy to you if you are outside of California. Or we can meet you at the Sacramento airport if you decide to fly here. If you are within California, Nevada, Utah, or Arizona we would be happy to drive or meet up half way.

The Cavapoo's life revolves around their people. This is not a dog that is happy being left alone for long periods. Separation anxiety is not uncommon if the dog has not got used to being alone at all when young. If you are out at work all day, consider a breed less reliant on humans for happiness.
The Cavapoo's beautiful coat is high maintenance and you'll need to factor in the expense of the trips to the groomer every few weeks (unless you learn to clip the dog yourself) as well as regular home maintenance in between. -The Cavapoo Handbook |
